Meghan Murphy

Meghan "Big Red" Murphy was most recently seen in the world premiere of Hazel at Drury Lane Theatre. She also stars in Big Red and the Boys, an annual cabaret show at Theater Wit during the holidays. The Windy City Times called her "the most versatile and organic vocalist in the Midwest." 



Max DeTogne

Max was most recently seen in Eclectic Theatre Company's Make Me a Song, in which called him "an outstanding presence on Chicago’s non-Equity stages". He also performed in High Fidelity with Refuge Theatre Project this past spring. 


Raven Dockery

Raven most recently starred in Crowns: A Gospel Musical at Skylight Music Theatre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This spring she moved to New York City. Keep your eyes out for her on Broadway one day!


Veronica Garza


Veronica recently appeared in Heathers The Musical with Kokandy Productions. She also starred in  Eclectic Theatre Company's Make Me a Song along with fellow NFSB alumn Max DeTogne this past summer.

Emily Goldberg

Emily was last seen in Sweeney Todd at Paramount Theatre. She also starred in Dogfight in the fall with Boho Theatre for which she was nominated for a Jeff award. She has been described as a "disarmingly genuine actor and a lovely singer with a bell-like voice" by the Daily Herald. Coming up for Emily is a production of Amour at Black Button Eyes Productions in which she'll be playing the role of Isabelle.


Jaymes Osborne

James recently starred in Theo Ubique's Rent as the character Benny. Prior to that he performed in Hairspray at Paramount Theater. He will next appear in Circle Theatre's annual Full Circle series hosted at Stage 773. 

 Samantha Pauly 

Samantha most recently performed in Marriott Theatre's Cinderella After the Ball. She also starred as Eva Peron in Evita also at Marriott Theatre. Coming up Samantha will be performing in the premiere of Helldrivers of Daytona at Royal George Theatre.


Patrick Rooney 

Patrick most recently starred as Roger in Theo Ubique's acclaimed production of Rent. Prior to that he performed in Spring Awakening at Marriott Theatre.

Neil Stratman

Neil is a company member of Circle Theatre Chicago. He currently is performing in Tomorrow Morning with Kokandy Productions. 


George Toles

George is currently performing in Kokandy Productions' Loving Repeating. 


Janelle Villas

Janelle was most recently seen in Chimerica at TimeLine Theatre. Prior to that she appeared alongside Heidi Kettenring in Porchlight's own production of Applause (through the Porchlight Revists series).  





Heidi Kettenring

A Jeff Award-winning actress, Heidi has been described by the Chicago Sun-Times as "real, immediate and dynamic." She is a sesoned veteran at major theaters in the Chicagoland area, inluding the Marriott Theatre at which she most recently starred in The King and I. This past spring she also performed in Barbara Gaines' Tug of War at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. 



Elya Faye Bottiger

Elya Faye also performed in Porchlight's Applause this past spring. In addition, she recently took the stage in Chicago Shakespeare Theater's The Little Mermaid.


Liz Chidester

Liz most recently starred in High Fidelity: The Musical in which she was praised by critics for her "fierce determinism and sad, graceful elegance which never admits affectation". She also currently teaches songwriting at Oldtown School of Folk Music. 

Kyrie Courter

Kyrie most recently starred in Porchlight's celebrated production of Dreamgirls. She also performed at the Howard Brown Benefit Concert at Uptown Underground in May which boasted "leading ladies from every theatre in town".

Yando Lopez

Yando is currently performing in Little Shop of Horrors at Chicago Blues Theater. He also recently appeared in [title of show] at Brown Paper Box Company in which critics said "the scenes that feature Lopez rise above".


Henry McGinniss

Henry is currently performing in the highly successful Bat Boy: The Musical as the title character. The Sun-Times called it a "career-making performance". He also starred as Link Larkin in Paramount's Hairspray this past winter also to much acclaim.


Anthony Norman

 Anthony was most recently seen in Porchlight Revisists Mack and Mable. He also performed in Drury Lane Theatre's Bye Bye Birdie this past spring.


 Lauren Roesner

  Lauren recently made her Chicago debut in Porchlight Revisits Applause alongside Chicago musical theatre veteran Heidi Kettenring. Prior to that she starred in Sierra Repertory Theatre's The Music Man. 


 Mari Uchida

Mari made her Chicago debut in Porchlight's Side Show. She is currently a student at Northwestern University. 

 Travis Austin Wright

Travis most recently appeared in The Bird Girl at Mercy Street Theatre Company. Coming up he will perform in Porchlight's In the Heights in the fall followed by Mercury Theater's production of The Producers.


James Nedrud 

James most recently performed in American Theater Company's production of Xanadu. Coming up he will be starring alongside Samantha Pauly in the premiere of Helldrivers of Daytona at Royal George Theatre. 






James Earl Jones II

James Earl Jones II is a long-time Chicago theatre veteran. He most recently starred in the world premiere of Carlyle at The Goodman Theatre as the title role.



 Dawn Bless

Dawn most recently performed in Porchlight's critically acclaimed production of Dreamgirls. She is also a regular face at Black Ensemble Theatre. 


 Molly Coleman

Molly most recently appeared in The Wild Party and Carrie: The Musical both at The Bailiwick Chicago Theater.


Vasily Deris

Vasily was most recently seen in Smokey Joe's Café at The Royal George Theatre and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at The Paramount Theatre.


Gilbert Domally

Gilbert most recently performed in 2016 Ripped: The Living Newspaper Festival at American Blues Theater. Coming up he will be performing in BoHo Theatre's production of Next To Normal as Gabe.


Candace Edwards

Candace most recently starred as Deena Jones in Porchlight's acclaimed production of Dreamgirls. She also performed in the Howard Brown Benefit Concert this spring. 


Michael Ferraro

Michael recently performed in Dreamgirls at Porchlight Music Theatre. Prior to that he was seen in The Little Mermaid at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. 


Johann George

Johann was most recently seen in The Man Who Murdered Sherlock Holmes at the Mercury Theatre and Sweeney Todd at Porchlight.


Teressa Lagamba

Teressa was most recently seen in Heathers where she "stop[ed] the show" with Kokandy Productions and The Wedding Singer with Haven Theatre.


Courtney Mack

Courtney most recently starred in Heathers as Veronica for which she was praised for her "terrific voice" and "formidable acting skills" by the Sun-Times and earned a non-union Jeff nomination. Prior to that she performed in Porchlight's production of Side Show.
